I’ve been teaching meditation for a number of years and have always given great value to its positive effects on the human mind and body, during challenging times in my life I have focused on various forms of meditation and it has helped me make difficult and challenging times more manageable.

Meditation Mentoring is were I work with clients on a one to one basis to look at what they want to achieve from meditation and areas in their life where they feel they need to manage stress and challenges more effectively.


We then set goals on how we can introduce meditation and relaxation techniques into their lives and work through the right methods and techniques for them, just like life in general we are all different and there are many different styles of meditation and relaxation and one size doesn’t fit all.
