Sometimes our goals are very time specific or personal, bespoke personal training offers the opportunity to work with me solely or in small groups.


Having an honest and personable relationship with your trainer is key, my aim to make my clients feel as comfortable as they can be.

Making the time for yourself to work with a personal trainer and explore how you want to achieve your goals is brave and courageous and so we work together to nurture confidence, health and well-being together. Equipping my clients with long-term tools, techniques and strategies is absolutely key for their long-term success.

Even as a trainer myself I have experienced many different aspects of body image issues and trauma physically to my body and this is always an ongoing journey for me, but I like to work with my clients to explore the mental health aspects of this and how we can change our own inner language in how to talk to ourselves to improve body confidence.

When I work with clients, the initial step is a consultation and we work together to create an action plan and vision goals in attainable steps to allow them to achieve their goals and maintain them.
