As someone completely new to yoga and not very supple, I went to my first class with a fair degree of trepidation. I needn’t have worried!

Gemma is so friendly, welcoming and understanding, stressing it is about what you can do with no pressure. Her knowledge of Yoga is outstanding, and she uses this to adapt positions to suit my abilities and is at all times reassuring and encouraging.

The sessions are good fun and have made a positive impact on my confidence, mental attitude and physical wellbeing!

Gemma is a very caring teacher who put a lot of effort into her classes, she helps you achieve your potential and puts you at ease. I love her poems and meditation; I find her voice very reassuring and relaxing.

 

Due to the current situation I have been following her online and her classes are fantastic.

I have been going to Gemma for massage for over a year, since meeting her at a yoga /spiritual fair.

 

Gemma’s massages are exceptional, wonderful, relaxing, and always given with love. I always feel refreshed and invigorated after !

 

Gemma is extremely talented and so knowledgeable about the human anatomy. I really enjoy going to her every couple of weeks, she realigns my body and gets rid of the knots without fail, getting deep into the tissue, which I love. Can’t wait for the next massage Gemma xxx

I hadn’t done any Yoga for about 6 years. Previously only on a 1 to 1 basis. With trepidation I summoned up the courage to sign up for a class. I was quite apprehensive about joining  a class of experienced people.

 

Gemma the instructor made me feel welcome and at ease straight away with her reassuring sunny personality. Gemma has a very clear and calm method of teaching and demonstrating the postures but importantly for me, without singling me out, reminded the class that you should listen to your body and not try to much to soon.

 

I also found that Gemma’s use of music, themes and poetry readings during the session created a de-stressing and relaxing experience, one which I want to continue. Thank you Gemma for re introducing me to Yoga.
